The Community Foundation of Louisville is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to guide its mission, programs, and strategy in Louisville, Kentucky. The CEO will translate board directives into impactful programs, nurture relationships with fundholders, and expand the Foundation's role as a regional convener across civic and nonprofit sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Chief Executive Officer, advance the Foundation's mission and programs, and translate the Board's policy directives into action.
• Identify and steward current and prospective fundholders to strengthen the Foundation's endowment and impact.
• Position the CFL as a key convener in Metro Louisville and catalyze collaboration across nonprofits, donors, and civic partners.
