You will partner with the Board and staff to set philanthropic priorities, strengthen grantees, and expand national networks, balancing integrity, innovation, and measurable results in a dynamic philanthropic environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Overbrook Foundation is seeking an experienced, sophisticated leader who can embrace the Foundation’s legacy and values while helping propel the organization to an exciting next chapter of engagement and impact. Experience leading, growing, and managing an organization while evidencing the highest standards of integrity, innovation, and results will be critical as the Foundation’s ambitions increase in the years ahead. The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will work closely with the Foundation Board and team members to generate, assess, and actualize current and future philanthropic priorities. The new leader will inherit a strong reputation and deep relationships with grantees and partners within New York and nationally. Beyond local leadership, the CEO will have the opportunity to build a national network of peers and partners on behalf of the Foundation.
