Job summary

Soho House & Co in West Hollywood is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee the beverage program and bar team, ensuring top quality drinks and service while achieving budget targets and guest satisfaction.

You will hire and train staff, manage inventory and licenses, plan events, monitor safety and quality controls, and partner with the US Support team to optimize margins and profits, while developing the team and elevating the member experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising a high-volume F&B operation.
• Proven track record of leading a professional, efficient operation.
• Experience with P&L, coaching and staff development.
• Four-year degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the beverage program and bar team to optimize guest experience and profits.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and purchasing; maintain licenses and vendor contracts.
• Hire, train, and develop bar staff; maintain safety and quality controls.
• Set business objectives, create schedules, and coordinate with US Support on margins.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training (House Tonic) to improve product knowledge.
• Oversee front-of-house presence during shifts and engage with members.
