Qualifications

• Two years of college; at least three years experience in residential elder care; or equivalent education and experience.
• Active LNHA or RCAL license for Arkansas.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community to achieve resident satisfaction and growth.
• Direct work of staff and oversee financial records and compliance.
• Develop business plans and sales plans to drive occupancy and quality of care.
