Senior Living Residences' Ridgefield Station in Ridgefield, CT seeks an Executive Director to lead the community’s operations, occupancy, and regulatory compliance, while upholding our Right Values.

You will manage a professional team in a warm, home‑like setting, partnering with families and referral sources to deliver quality assisted living. This full‑time, on-site role offers a starting salary of $110,000 plus a strong bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior healthcare experience; professional licensure preferred.
• Promote positive team spirit and cooperative culture.
• Demonstrate responsibility, integrity, and follow-through.
• Provide leadership; handle pressure and manage projects.
• Clear, effective communication with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and dementias; behavior management.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and financial performance of the community.
• Oversee management of all business functions.
• Develop knowledge of CT health regulations.
• Lead team upholding SLR’s values.
• Participate in MOD rotation for weekend/holiday coverage.
