Ridgemere Senior Living is seeking a Business Office Director to oversee human resources, payroll, recruitment, and staff development at our Conway, AR community. The role centers on maintaining confidential HR systems and delivering excellent resident- and staff-focused service.

The position emphasizes grassroots hiring, compliance, and leadership to mentor all levels of staff while aligning with Arrow’s core values and internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources management, including payroll and employee training.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade proficiency.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct and maintain confidential human resources systems for the community and provide first-class customer service.
• Grassroots recruitment efforts and collaboration with Recruitment and department heads to fill open positions while ensuring hiring process compliance.
• Provide oversight, training, and encouragement to all levels of staff, exemplifying Arrow’s core values.
