The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is fluent in English, and demonstrates a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families.
• Help leads and families problem-solve by outlining opportunities.
• Drive community occupancy by managing move-ins/move-outs and vacancies.
• Provide hospitable lead experiences during tours and events.
