Job summary

Pegasus Senior Living in Ridgeland, MS is seeking an Executive Director to provide proactive leadership and manage all aspects of the community. The role requires a strong background in senior living operations and regulatory oversight.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, HR, clinical oversight, sales, marketing, and census development. This hands-on leader will drive exceptional resident and team experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in senior living (assisted living and/or memory care strongly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Valid Administrator license.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Pegasus mission, vision, and culture within your community.
• Develop strategic business plans and operating budgets to drive financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
• Oversee quality initiatives and licensure compliance.
• Be a visible, engaged presence with residents and team members daily.
• Drive sales and census development through participation in sales activities.
