New England College seeks a DBA Program Director to lead the Executive DBA program, driving growth, curriculum development, and accreditation efforts. This 12-month hybrid leadership position reports to the Dean of the Management Division and emphasizes student success and stakeholder partnerships.

The role combines academic leadership with operational oversight, including faculty development, course updates, and residency content delivery, across online and campus formats.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in management field and a related master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of higher education leadership experience.
• Experience with DBA course development, research committee service, and advising doctoral projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Dean on strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and program growth.
• Supervise program activities and promote communication among leadership, faculty, and students.
• Manage operations of the Executive DBA program, including scheduling and faculty administration.
• Mentor Executive DBA faculty, ensuring academic quality and consistency across courses.
• Develop and update courses, including residency content for online and campus delivery.
• Guide students on academics, practical training, and career growth.
• Oversee consulting and research projects as part of practical training.
• Support accreditation and program assessment with data-driven improvements.
• Encourage student-centered advising, recruitment, retention and success.
• Establish partnerships with industry and alumni to enhance opportunities.
