Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field.
- Significant experience in graduate education leadership or program development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative curricula.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with committee governance, curriculum, programmatic assessment, and accreditation processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary academic and administrative lead for graduate programs, ensuring alignment with requirements and NECHE standards.
- Chair the MS/PhD Committee and advance its agenda with standing and assigned charges.
- Lead curriculum development, assessment strategies, and program reviews across MS/PhD.
- Develop learning outcomes and apply assessment aligned with NECHE standards.
- Foster industry partnerships, funding opportunities, and graduate program growth.
- Oversee student success, mentoring, recruitment, and collaboration with offices.
