Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in graduate education leadership or program development.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative curricula.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with committee governance, curriculum, programmatic assessment, and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary academic and administrative lead for graduate programs, ensuring alignment with requirements and NECHE standards.
• Chair the MS/PhD Committee and advance its agenda with standing and assigned charges.
• Lead curriculum development, assessment strategies, and program reviews across MS/PhD.
• Develop learning outcomes and apply assessment aligned with NECHE standards.
• Foster industry partnerships, funding opportunities, and graduate program growth.
• Oversee student success, mentoring, recruitment, and collaboration with offices.
