Qualifications

• PhD/terminal degree in business or closely related field required.
• Proven track record leading academic programs and curriculum design.
• Experience operating across US and UK higher education environments.
• Experience with AACSB or similar accreditation processes.
• Strong ability to build industry partnerships and employer engagement.
• Ability to manage budgets and enrollments in a complex program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as founding academic leader of Global Business in NYC and own the four-studio architecture.
• Lead design of competency-based core curriculum and I3 Lab concentrations.
• Coordinate cross-campus mobility and ensure equivalence across campuses.
• Build and manage industry partners, mentors, and studio sponsorships.
• Oversee experiential semester model and co-op pathways.
• Recruit and develop co-teaching faculty and ensure AACSB readiness.
