Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Three years experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of community clinic/health center operations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in work groups, teams, task forces and committees to support ongoing improvement in clinic operations.
• Supports processes to enhance customer service and coaching to staff for service excellence.
• Assists in determining workload priorities and supports staff training and development.
• Manages revenue cycle with provider schedules and balances visits/services with revenue requirements.
• Oversees Gilbert, Maricopa & Queen Creek Family Practices.
