Job summary

DHMG Gilbert is seeking a Clinic Manager to set the standard for patient care and lead a clinical team of nurses and aides. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing and fiscal health, and advocate for your staff to improve patient experiences.

You will participate in work groups, drive process improvements, manage revenue cycles, and support ongoing training across Gilbert, Maricopa & Queen Creek Family Practices, fostering a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or five years of job-related experience in lieu of the degree.
  • Two years supervisory experience.
  • Three years' experience in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of community clinic/health center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a dedicated clinical team to prioritize patient needs and maintains regulatory compliance.
  • Participates in work groups, teams and committees to drive clinic operations improvements.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinic Manager, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.To thrive in this pivotal role, you will embody confident leadership, master tough conversations with grace, and excel as an educator at heart. Your exceptional communication will transform every interaction into a powerful opportunity to elevate understanding and drive our shared mission for superior patient outcomes.

  • Participates in work groups, teams, task forces and committees to support ongoing improvement in clinic operations. Provides value-added and productive input and expertise to drive continual improvement, support standardization and streamlining and to resolve ongoing patient care issues.
  • Supports the established processes and systems to enhance customer service. Provides coaching to staff to enhance customer service skills and ensure patients and internal employees and providers receive excellent customer service. Ensures a safe environment for patients, staff, providers and visitors, and operates clinic in compliance with all legal, regulatory and Dignity Health requirements impacting areas of responsibilities.
  • Assists in determining the workload priorities to enable timely completion of tasks. Supports the ongoing technical and professional training and development of staff to enhance clinic and individual performance and staff career growth. Monitors work performance of staff and providers and supports necessary training and coaching.
  • Assists in managing the revenue cycle. With adequate management of template (i.e., provider schedules), balances number of visits/services with operational revenue requirements. Supports the management of supply costs, tracks inventory usage, using purchasing information management systems, including maintaining staffing levels that adhere to labor standards and effectively controlling staff premium pay.
