You will lead front desk activities, train new staff, escalate denials when needed, handle charge entry, and strive to keep office operations cost-effective and on-schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Associate of Arts degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of front desk activities to ensure clinic productivity and effective operations.
• Train new employees and act as escalation point for denials or other issues.
• Process charge entries as needed and maintain cost containment for supplies.
