• Experience turning around an organization and directing crisis and inpatient behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for exceptional patient care and community impact.
• Lead a diverse, mission-driven team and drive performance through operational excellence.
• Develop partnerships with schools, providers, and referral networks to expand access.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Lead development of continuum of care including outpatient and community programs.
