The CEO will lead operations, finances, regulatory compliance and strategic partnerships with Intermountain Health and Acadia to expand access to care in the Denver area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of senior leadership or CEO experience in behavioral health.
• Thorough knowledge of facility administration, clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and growth.
• Experience building high-performing teams and leading organization-wide change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a vision for excellence in patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead day-to-day operations and staff to achieve objectives across care, finance and compliance.
• Oversee licensure, accreditation and contract management with payers.
• Drive business development and continuum of care expansion.
• Represent the organization with community leaders and partners.
