Veracity Ventures Inc. in Saint Charles, Missouri, seeks a results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a behavioral health hospital, drive strategic growth, strengthen financial performance, and advance patient-centered care.

The CEO will oversee hospital operations, ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission standards, and build a high-performing clinical and administrative leadership team in collaboration with the governing body.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, a clinical discipline, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of senior leadership or CEO-level experience in behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care.
• Strong knowledge of hospital administration, clinical operations, and behavioral health services.
• Experience with Joint Commission surveys, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, business development, and operational performance.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining healthcare professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Equivalent experience and/or licensure may be considered in place of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans, annual operating budgets, and capital improvement initiatives in collaboration with the governing body and medical staff.
• Hospital Operations: Oversee daily hospital operations, establish departmental performance goals, and ensure efficient resource allocation and high-quality patient care.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, revenue growth, EBITDA, and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
• Business Development: Strengthen referral networks, negotiate commercial payer contracts, develop community partnerships, and explore opportunities to expand hospital and outpatient services.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain hospital licensure, accreditation, and Joint Commission readiness while ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Quality Improvement: Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, monitor patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes, and ensure timely resolution of patient safety concerns.
• Talent Management: Recruit, develop, and retain qualified clinical and administrative professionals while fostering accountability, teamwork, and leadership development.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, government agencies, local organizations, and other stakeholders to expand access to behavioral healthcare.
• Governance & Accountability: Provide regular performance updates to the governing body and ensure organizational objectives translate into measurable results.
