Job summary

Ozarks Regional YMCA is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to guide a multi-branch nonprofit with a 137-year legacy. The CEO will set strategic direction, ensure program excellence, and strengthen partnerships to expand community impact across Southwest Missouri.

The successful candidate will lead fundraising efforts, steward organizational growth, and uphold the Y's mission, values, and commitment to youth protection across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college is preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience is required.
• Experience working across multiple locations and sites is preferred.
• Demonstrated fiscal management expertise, with a proven track record of overseeing annual budgets of $8 million or more.
• At least five years of senior management experience within a YMCA or a comparable organization, including direct supervision of staff across multiple levels.
