Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field.
• 3–5 years of senior leadership or CEO-level experience in behavioral health, acute care, or managed care.
• Proven experience in behavioral health hospital leadership and operational management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the hospital.
• Oversee hospital operations, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, payer relationships, and overall P&L performance.
• Ensure licensure, accreditation, and Joint Commission readiness.
• Recruit, develop, and retain clinical and administrative professionals.
• Drive census growth, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Present performance updates to the governing body.
