Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop baseball programs and players.
• Experience communicating effectively with student-athletes, coaching staff and parents.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with local athletic organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, lead, and motivate student-athletes.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Collaborate with Middle School program to strengthen the overall baseball program for grades 5-12.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the varsity baseball program and coaching staff.
• Collaborate with the Middle School program to bridge grades 5–12.
• Provide mentorship and character development for student-athletes.
• Coordinate with the Athletic Department to deliver a high-quality baseball experience.
