St. Andrew's Episcopal School is seeking a visionary and dynamic Varsity Head Baseball Coach and Program Director for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position offers a tremendous opportunity to build upon a strong baseball program at a leading independent school in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Athletic Directors and collaborate closely with the entire Athletic Department to provide high-quality baseball experience for students and families.We will give preference to candidates with previous head coaching experience and/or significant leadership experience in a high-quality program. The next Baseball Program Director must exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, leadership, and sportsmanship. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience working with and developing baseball programs and players and advanced knowledge and understanding of technical and strategic aspects of baseball.
• Experience working within a team environment at the high school or collegiate level with the ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaching staff, and parents. A desire to build and maintain strategic relationships with local athletic organizations is also essential.
• Demonstrated ability to teach, lead, and motivate student-athletes.
• Proven organizational and management skills.
• A strong desire to collaborate with the Middle School program to develop and strengthen the overall baseball program for students in grades 5-12.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Candidates are encouraged to include film or video footage of their previous teams with their application.
