• Oversee planning, occupancy and rate management across six housing complexes.
• Lead supervision of four direct reports and a department of 25 FTE and 100 students.
• Collaborate with Auxiliary Services staff and campus partners to ensure compliance and successful long‑term housing partnerships.
• Respond to emergencies and serve on the Auxiliary Services emergency response and recovery team.
