Qualifications

• Master’s degree in College Student Affairs, Higher Education, Counseling, or a related field (earned or in progress).
• Minimum of three (3) years of previous Student Development work experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Maintain a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, reflect His character in all interactions, and faithfully uphold Northwestern's mission and statements.

Responsibilities

• Residence Life Leadership and Staff Development: supervise, coach, and develop staff while fostering student engagement and community building.
• Residential Education and Student Development: develop and assess residential learning initiatives that promote growth.
• Housing Operations and Occupancy Management: oversee housing operations, assignments, and processes.
• Student Conduct, Care, and Crisis Response: support wellbeing, participate in on-call crisis response.
• Policy Administration and Resource Management: review policies, oversee budgets and compliance.
• Facilities, Housing Systems, and Service Delivery: manage housing tech and service delivery.
• Campus Collaboration and Community Engagement: foster collaboration across the university.
• Perform other duties as requested.
