Job summary

Raytheon, based in Goleta, CA, is seeking an entry-level Test & Integration System Engineer to join the SI&T team for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems. The role involves integrating, verifying, and validating products, plus developing test environments and procedures.

You will work in a hands-on lab and field environment, using lab equipment, supporting verification activities, and collaborating with customers to ensure first-time success.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of lab/testing experience.
• Experience wiring and using lab equipment for design testing and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with LabVIEW or MATLAB for test automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support IV&V, DVT, and production testing for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems.
• Develop test plans and execute product test activities for engineering and production builds.
• Make technical decisions within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities organization.
• Develop requirements, test procedures, and integrate new systems for lifecycle support.
