Job summary

RTX in Goleta, CA is seeking an entry level Test & Integration System Engineer for the Raytheon Intelligence & Space division. Work involves IV&V, DVT, and production testing to support EO/IR Focal Plane Array Sensor Systems, developing test plans, executing product tests, and validating system performance with customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and hands-on lab experience with test equipment; U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
• Laboratory equipment in an academic or internship setting (e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, spectrum analyzer, power supplies).
• Experience with integrating firmware, software, and hardware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IV&V, DVT, and production testing for EO/IR Focal Plane Array Sensor Systems.
• Develop test plans and execute product test activities with engineering and production builds.
• Develop requirements, generate test procedures, and support lifecycle requirements for program systems.
