Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Vision Systems (RVS) Systems Integration and Test Department seeks an experienced Senior Test & Integration System Engineer with expertise in airborne EO/IR surveillance and targeting sensor systems to join our onsite team in Goleta, CA.

You will support IV&V, DVT and production testing, develop test plans, help define the test architecture from bid through production, and collaborate with operations and manufacturing to improve product flow, provide actionable

Qualifications

Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years in airborne EO/IR sensor test, integration and validation.
Experience in test methodology for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems and related production programs.

Responsibilities

Support IV&V, DVT and production testing for EO/IR sensor systems.
Develop test plans and execute product test activities for engineering and production builds.
Support Test Architect in developing test architecture from bid through production and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to improve product flow, provide actionable metrics, minimize cycle time and maximize yield.
