Job summary

RTX’s Raytheon Intelligence & Space division seeks a Senior Test & Integration System Engineer to lead IV&V, DVT, and production testing for airborne EO/IR sensor systems. You will develop test plans, execute product tests, and support architecture from bid through production while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will work onsite in Goleta, CA, engaging operations and manufacturing to improve yield, cycle time, and test effectiveness, with competitive benefits and relocation

Qualifications

• STEM degree and 5+ years in EO/IR sensor test, integration, verification and validation.
• Experience with EO/IR focal plane array test and production transition.
• Experience with basic lab equipment: oscilloscopes, digital multimeters.

Responsibilities

• Support IV&V, DVT and production testing for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems.
• Develop test plans and execute product test activities for engineering and production builds.
• Support Test Architect in test architecture from bid through production; collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to optimize product flow, track actionable metrics, and maximize yield.
