Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting patients, coordinating pre- and post-op appointments, verifying surgical authorizations, and communicating with the surgical team to ensure a smooth patient experience and accurate scheduling.

Qualifications

• One year of medical reception experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, introduce, and provide informational packets to all patients before they leave the clinic.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients, ensuring clear communication with the surgeon and staff.
• Deliver comprehensive vision correction counsel and promote premium services.
• Offer and review finance options with patients, including Alphaeon or CareCredit.
• Explain payment protocol and forms of payment accepted.
