LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, drive KPIs, and support the Store Manager in team development. You will help deliver a superior customer experience and maintain strong relationships with doctors and customers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, strong English communication, and a solid grasp of store processes. This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Fluent in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Demonstrated selling skills.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvement to exceed KPI targets such as Comp Sales, conversion, and retention.
• Understands retail dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partners with the store manager to lead and develop the team.
• Provides clear, constructive, timely feedback for development.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors and customers.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Performs administrative duties as needed.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
