Qualifications

• Two years’ experience delivering training or education courses for individuals or groups using varied materials and equipment.
• One year of experience preparing and maintaining training records and reports such as schedules and rosters.
• One year designing courses, curricula, lesson plans and instructional methods to meet learning objectives.
• One year creating methods/tools to analyze and evaluate training needs and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of training and education activities.
• Prepare materials and equipment for sessions.
• Select delivery methods and materials to promote learning.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate quality and identify needs and challenges.
• Recommend improvements to courses, materials, and resources.
• Provide guidance on training matters and promote related services.
• Maintain records and reports related to training activities.
• Complete continuing education to stay current on standards and laws.
• Utilize information systems to research and report training information.
• May manage social media content and create instructional materials.
• May operate training facilities and participate in technology reviews.
