Qualifications

• One year designing courses, curricula, or lesson plans.
• One year evaluating training needs and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and education programs and workshops.
• Prepare materials and equipment for training sessions and events.
• Research delivery methods and materials to promote learning with best practices.
• Coach others and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Collect data from surveys and evaluations to assess quality and needs.
• Recommend improvements in courses, methods, and resources.
• Provide technical guidance on training matters and promote related services.
• Maintain records such as schedules, rosters, and participation logs.
• Complete continuing education to stay current with standards and regulations.
• Use information systems to research and report training information.
