Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or any field relevant to the job.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical product management, solution delivery, business technology, or supply chain planning systems.
• Hands-on experience with OMP Plus planning software or similar advanced planning applications (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, o9, Oracle SCM Planning).
• Proficiency with agile/scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Technical Product Manager for OMP Plus planning capabilities and drive product requirements, roadmap, and release readiness.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and supply chain planning trends to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage dependencies.
• Lead the Vision Plan product strategy from conception through deployment and adoption.
