Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Senior Manager End to End Planning to lead the E2E planning function across global value streams. You will oversee planning processes and drive end-to-end synchronization to balance demand and supply.

You will mentor a team of planners, optimize inventory and service levels, and partner with manufacturing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. Strong ERP and Six Sigma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• University bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) desirable.
• 5-10 years related experience.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the End-to-End Planning team to complete E2E planning process (E2E Sense and Respond, E2E Scenario Planning, SC Optimization, and Synchronize Network).
• Deliver service/inventory performance across end-to-end global value streams with accountability for E2E planning activities and product flows across suppliers to customers.
• Lead and develop E2E planning team.
• SNP processes leadership, including Net Requirements, RCCP & MPS, and Distribution Planning; manage RCCP/MPS with sites.
• Drive robust SC Optimization, balance lead times, safety stocks, and inventory targets; improve SC inputs and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize demand and supply and ensure alignment across functions.
