Formación

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
