Job summary

Walmart Vision Center is seeking a Supervising Associate at 3300 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD. The role drives sales through strong merchandising, pricing and inventory oversight, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2+ years of college or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work including 1 year optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drives Vision Center sales through effective merchandising and pricing.
• Provides supervision, training and development for Associates.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, asset protection, and safety controls.
• Maintains confidentiality of information and handling of records.
• Delivers quality eyewear by assisting Members/Customers in product selection and measurements.
