• Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center, including minimum age and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecasts sales trends and aligns product assortments with customer needs and local demographics.
• Oversees optical measurements, fittings, adjustments, and education under supervision; ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
