Walmart Vision Center in West Plains, MO seeks a Manager to lead the optical department, drive sales through merchandising and pricing, and manage inventory. You will forecast trends, align assortments, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting clinical operations and exceptional customer service.

You’ll develop the team, oversee quality and safety, and foster community relationships to promote optical services within the Walmart ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center, including minimum age of 18, certification, registration, licensure, and other qualifications required by policy.

• Lead sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory management.
• Forecast sales trends and adjust product assortments to optimize revenue.
• Oversee quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Develop and coach the optical team through hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Coordinate community outreach and represent the Vision Center in initiatives.
• Monitor performance reports and manage inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Support clinical and administrative workflows with confidentiality.
