Qualifications

• Two+ years of college completed.
• One year of optical experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient eyewear fittings and adjustments.
• Process eyewear orders and manage inventory.
• Support OD services scheduling and payments.
• Ensure HIPAA/compliance and patient record accuracy.
