Walmart Vision Center in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Optical Department Lead to drive sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and expert service.

You will lead an optical team, oversee fittings under supervision, ensure HIPAA compliance, coordinate with labs and optometrists, and support patient care in a fast-paced retail setting. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Two or more years of college completed.
• Retail and supervisory experience required or optical experience.
• Meets eligibility to work in Vision Center and age 18+.

Responsabilidades

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with local demographics and needs.
• Monitor pricing and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient documentation.
• Lead and develop the optical team through training and performance management.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists on orders and status.
• Support OD services with scheduling workflows and patient intake.
