Job summary

Walmart in Gorham, NH is seeking a Vision Center Associate to drive sales through superior merchandising, pricing accuracy and strong customer service. You will supervise and develop associates, oversee asset protection, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience or 2 years general work including 1 year optical experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Eligible to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.

Responsibilities

Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and in-stock levels.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations; oversee asset protection and safety controls.
Provide supervision, training, mentoring and recognition to Vision Center associates to foster belonging and development.
Consult with customers to select products, obtain measurements and verify prescriptions; maintain confidential information and operate optical equipment.
