Qualifications

• Eligible to work as an optician or apprentice optician under state laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vision Center operations and ensure effective customer service and associate training.
• Oversee pricing, signing, inventory, and asset protection within Company guidelines.
• Support community outreach and open-door conversations while maintaining confidentiality of records.
