Qualifications

• Eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under state laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandising, pricing, and in-stock levels.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues following company standards.
• Oversee community outreach and associate development within the Vision Center.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety and quality reviews.
• Educate Members/Customers on eyewear selections and perform minor frame repairs.
• Lead and mentor associates, coordinating activities to meet customer needs.
