Qualifications

• Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience including 1 year’s optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the Vision Center with effective merchandising and pricing.
• Lead staff, train and mentor Vision Center Associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and asset protection.
• Analyze reports, manage budgets and forecasting; respond to community needs.
• Provide excellent Customer/Member service and resolve issues according to guidelines.
• Engage in community outreach and represent Walmart values.
