Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of office experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients without delay.
• Answers calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Schedules appointments to optimize provider time.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA and patient records.
• Works weekends and evenings as needed.
• Adheres to company policies and attendance.
