Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer experiences in eyewear and eye care. You will help patients select frames, apply prescriptions, and ensure precise measurements with our Optician team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to sell with strong sales skills and meet goals.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Take measurements and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, and foster a welcoming environment.
• Support inclusive culture and professional relationships with peers and staff.
