Job summary

This role supports a collaborative team, requires 1+ year of retail or customer service, a High School Diploma or GED, basic math and POS familiarity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by cultivating existing customers and attracting new ones.
• Recommend lenses and coatings using optical prescriptions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinating measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional team relationships.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
