Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience. The role requires optical knowledge, license requirements, and the ability to meet daily sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, a HS diploma, and willingness to lead store operations in LEAD roles. Passion for helping customers see great is essential.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain knowledge through training.
