Job summary

Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through eyewear and vision care with a friendly, human, and bold approach.

You will deliver daily sales goals, engage with patients, measure eyewear fits, and support store operations from merchandising to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
• Related customer or patient experience preferred
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
