Job summary

VisionWorks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead who will be the face of our store, guiding customers through eyewear choices with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.

You’ll ensure an outstanding patient journey, leveraging optics expertise and product knowledge to meet eyewear needs in a simple, human, bold way. You will drive daily sales, engage with customers, and participate in training to keep eyewear knowledge current, while supporting store operations such as

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training.
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
