Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with knowledge of optics and services.

The role targets friendly, human interactions to meet eyewear needs, with 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, and a part-time schedule in Missouri. Competitive benefits apply and opportunities to lead the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed

Responsabilités

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support financial and customer experience goals (LEAD positions)
